Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and that they have the right to upload, send, sign, or share any documents they process through SpeculaFree.
3. Account responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining control of their account, login credentials, authentication method, and any authorised users or recipients they invite into a workflow.
Users must not share access in a way that compromises security or allows unauthorised use.

5. Documents and content
Users retain responsibility for the documents and content they upload, send, sign, or store through SpeculaFree.
SpeculaFree does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a document, signature process, or workflow will meet every legal, regulatory, evidential, or industry-specific requirement. Users should obtain their own legal or professional advice where needed.
6. Electronic signatures
SpeculaFree may provide digital document signing workflows. The legal effect of an electronic signature may depend on jurisdiction, document type, identity verification method, consent, evidence, and surrounding circumstances.
SpeculaFree does not claim that every signature workflow is suitable for every legal or regulated use case. Users are responsible for deciding whether a workflow is appropriate for their intended purpose.
7. Security and encryption
SpeculaFree is designed with privacy and security in mind. Where implemented, encryption, controlled access, and protected workflows are used to help safeguard documents and related data.
Users remain responsible for protecting passphrases, credentials, recipient details, downloaded documents, and any copies they store outside SpeculaFree.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, updates, security events, or technical failures may affect access.
9. Third-party services
SpeculaFree may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, analytics, security, or operational support. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Suspension or restriction
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used unlawfully, insecurely, abusively, or in a way that may harm users, the platform, or third parties.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeculaFree is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses caused by unauthorised access outside our reasonable control.
